Privacy Policy

The short version: your photos exist to show clothes on you and to estimate
your measurements, and nothing else. They are stored privately, you can delete them
anytime, and we never sell your data or use your photos for anything beyond your own
previews without asking you first.
1. What we collect
- Account details: when you sign in with Google: your name, email address,
and Google account identifier.
- Your digital twin: full-body photos you choose to upload; the height and
weight you enter; body measurements our AI estimates from your photos and any
corrections you make.
- Shopping activity: product links you paste, try-on previews generated from
your photos, size recommendations we compute, and your feedback on previews
("looks right" / "looks off").
- Waitlist: if you join the waitlist on this site: your email and your
optional answer about what you are shopping for.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, errors)
needed to run and secure the service.
- Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use
our pages (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This uses cookies.
Analytics data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify you, and we do not
combine it with your photos or measurements.
Your chat conversation is stored locally in your own browser. Messages you send are
processed to answer you but conversations are not stored on our servers.
2. How we use it
- To generate try-on previews of garments on your photos.
- To estimate your measurements and recommend sizes against brand size charts.
- To check every AI preview against the real product and flag differences.
- To improve accuracy using the feedback you explicitly give on previews.
- To contact you about the service (waitlist invites, important changes).
3. What we never do
- We never sell your personal data.
- We show no advertising and share nothing with ad networks.
- We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not use them for anything
other than generating your own previews and estimates, unless we ask you first and
you agree.
4. Where your data lives and who processes it
Kultry runs on Google Cloud. Your photos are stored in a private storage bucket
and your profile in a managed database, both in Google Cloud's Taiwan region
(asia-east1). AI processing (photo checks, measurement estimates, try-on rendering,
preview verification) is performed by Google Cloud's Vertex AI services acting as our
processor. All data moves over encrypted connections.
When you click through to a store ("View at store"), you leave Kultry and the
store's own privacy policy applies. Some links carry an affiliate tag so the store
knows the visit came from Kultry; the tag does not include your identity.
5. Deletion and your rights
- Photos: delete any photo, anytime, from your profile in the app. Deleting
removes it from our storage.
- Everything: to delete your account and all associated data, or to request
a copy or correction of your data, email
team@slantaxiom.com. We act on such
requests within 30 days.
- Waitlist: we keep waitlist entries only to send invites; ask us anytime to
remove yours.
We handle personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
6. Who Kultry is for
Kultry is intended for users aged 18 and over. Do not upload photos of anyone
other than yourself without their permission.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date,
and for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email.
